VE Advisory Private Limited (Singapore) was founded in early 2023 by Vladimir Evseev. 

 

Vladimir is a former investment banker and investment professional with over 20 years of private equity, corporate finance, and accounting experience. He has breadth of knowledge across various sectors and industries, including financial institution and services, transportation and infrastructure, commercial real estate, consumer & retail, pharmaceuticals, AI and technology, among others. 

 

In his previous roles, he was a partner and managing director of an advisory and asset management firm in Armenia and Russia, with combined assets under management over US$1 billion, spanned across commercial real estate, transportation, banking, and technology. Select partners and co-investors in the firm’s portfolio included Fosun Group from People’s Republic of China, ECE Group and Daimler Group from Germany, Mubadala Investment Company from UAE, and Flagship Ventures from the US, as well as supranational financial institutions like European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Asian Development Bank.

Prior to that, Vladimir worked in various client coverage and investment banking roles for the largest commercial and investment bank in Russia and Eastern Europe, where he led a significant number of M&A and ECM transactions on both LSE and MOEX for a combined value over US$10 billion. He also spent several years with a large accounting firm, focused on consulting, IFRS reporting, and audits for traded corporates. 

 

In the course of his career, Vladimir served as a board director for several Russian and Cypriot entities in fund management, property management, transportation, and real estate. 

 

He also served as McKinsey & Company Senior Adviser in the firm’s CIS office since 2017 and until 2022, providing select coverage for key clients and stakeholders, engagement origination and expert support to McKinsey CIS office leadership. 

 

Vladimir is graduate of MGIMO University in Moscow, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a Master’s Degree in Management. He was awarded Ph.D. in Economics in 2005. 

 

Vladimir is a CFA Charterholder since 2006, a member of CFA Institute, as well as a member of CFA Society Singapore. 

 

He proficient in English, Spanish, and Russian languages.
